Each of the four bedrooms has a full-size, en suite, all-marble bathroom with a rain shower and ample closet space. The Master Suite offers a king-size bed, Moen spa rain shower and Jacuzzi tub with an ocean view. The second and third bedrooms each have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. All beds are appointed with high-thread count, luxury linens and baths with oversized cotton towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and all the amenities needed for gourmet cooking. The kitchen’s breakfast island opens to a great room that offers plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing. The downstairs family room features oversized leather furniture, HD satellite TV, a Bose 123 surround sound system with DVD/CD player and Ipod connection.
The owners of this home are wine collectors and the house features a tasting room with a 56-bottle Viking wine cooler, crystal stemware and decanters. The wine cooler is stocked with a wide range of Chilean and Argentinean wines that are available for purchase during your stay. The lower level also has an office with high-speed wireless Internet so you can keep up with any work while you are at Casa Vista.

Want to let the kids watch a DVD while you have dinner or relax, look at the ocean, and have some adult conversation? The second level has another living room with a large sectional sleeper-sofa, and is also equipped with HD satellite TV, a Bose 123 surround sound system with DVD player and Ipod connection. A beautiful balcony and rooftop deck with outdoor Jacuzzi give you options of how to relax — with or without the kids!
Set against breathtaking ocean views, the backyard features a Viking barbeque, in-ground swimming pool and dining palapa.
Casa Vista is only a 15-minute walk from the shops, boutiques and restaurants of 5th Avenue. Tour-quality golf courses, tennis courts and the ferry to Cozumel are also located within a short distance. Well-stocked, easy to shop grocery stores are readily accessible.
When you arrive at Casa Vista, a concierge service will help you settle in and answer your questions; this service can also provide advice and assistance throughout your stay to ensure a smooth, carefree vacation. Also provided is a cleaning service every second day and fresh bottled water. An in-house cook and private transportation from the Cancun Airport may also be arranged for an additional cost. Casa Vista is a non-smoking, private home. Pets are not allowed.
